3.We provide delivery method using POSLAJU/EMS/SPEED POST.
4.Our business is BASE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
5.FOR SERIOUS BUYER ONLY. No BACK OUT buyer.
6.For meetup method, CASH UPON DELIVERY IS STRICTLY RECOMMENDED
7.If any difficulty happen, that's mean you are against our agreement that already stated in the T&C. Therefore, we consider you as a back out buyer and you are block.

T&C (2) DURING BOOK PERIOD ~ via meetup :
1.All items that you already book must be pick within 5 - 7 days. When there is no response from you after 5 - 7 days,we consider your book as cancel and the items will be resell without notice.
2.Last minute cancellation are not allowed,if you want to cancel please tell us 3 days earlier.
3. If any difficulty happen, that's mean you are against our agreement that already stated in the T&C. Therefore, we consider you as a back out buyer and you are block.

T&C (3) DURING PICKING TIME ~ via meetup :
1.Last minute cancellation are not allowed,if you want to cancel please tell us 3 days earlier.
2.To avoid any difficulty, please be PUCTUAL during the day we meet.
3.Please prepare the exact total of money during payment.
4.ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AFTER PURCHASED(except when it stated)

F.A.Q :

Can I book & how long is the booking period?-

Yes you can, but all the items that you book must be pick within 5 - 7 days. Where is the Meet-Point area? (~available for Brunei ONLY)
BSB : Giant Rimba/Mameh Beribi/Huaho Tanjung Bunut/Hua Ho Kiulap.
Tutong : Kg Kupang Area/Keriam Area/Birau Area
Belait & Temburong : Meetup temporarily unavailable for Belait and Temburong area. The only way for you to pick up your item is by personally go to the meet-point area that we stated above. We also suggest you to use Pos Laju/ EMS/ Speed Post.Extra charges are required for this which is $5 only. The items will be arrive to you within 1-4 working days.

How to use POS LAJU/ EMS/ SPEED POST and bank-in method?
1.Simply just bank-in your money to our BIBD account
2.For international customer, we provide a payment method using Western Union.
3.After you transfer the payment,inbox/email/message us immediately.
4.To avoid any difficulty please do not throw away the resit. It is important for you to put the resit as it will be the proof for your payment.
5.After we receive your payment, we will directly sent your item to the post office.
6.For Brunei,items will be arrive to you within 1 - 4 days. Extra charges are required for this which is $4 - $5 only.
